America's Most Endangered Malls

Hickory Hollow Mall Occupancy rate: 82 percent. Sales per square foot: $187. Dillard’s is gone and two anchor slots are vacant at this Nashville, Tenn., mall. Other departed tenants include Linens ‘N Things and Steve & Barry’s, two of the biggest casualties of the recession.

The Hickory Hollow Mall is definitely not faring well at all during this recession. The Mall was once one of the best Malls in all of Nashville.But now,The area of the mall and the town of Antioch suffer from the downturn of the economy and crime.
