Tampa Drive apartment fire was arson, fire department says

STAFF REPORTS • November 24, 2010 A Nashville Fire Department investigators said Wednesday that an apartment fire at 270 Tampa Drive in Antioch was intentionally set. Firefighters responded to the fire around 9:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19. The fire caused damage to 15 units. Three people were treated on the scene and two were transported by ambulance including one firefighter who was injured after a wall collapsed. The fire has been determined to be arson, according to Deputy Chief Kim Lawson's office.
