Nashville Shores' Polar Plunge to benefit Special Olympics

The Polar Plunge returns to Nashville Shores in February.
Co-sponsored by the Metropolitan Nashville Police Law Enforcement Torch Run Program, plungers raise a minimum of $50 and take a dip in Percy Priest Lake. Proceeds benefit Special Olympics Tennessee.
To register individually or as a group for the Feb. 20 event, visit www.specialolympicstn.org. All participants receive the official Polar Plunge T-shirt and can earn additional prizes for raising more money. Prizes also will be awarded for Best Costume, Oldest / Youngest Plunger, Top Fundraisers and Top Fundraising Team.
